Q:  Who can lease?
A:  Any business, organization, or non-profit association.
Q:  What is the interest rate?
A:  Generally, the interest rate or rate factors depends on the strength of a customers credit.
Typically, customers with better credit receive better rates.
Q:  Is a down payment required?
A:  A security deposit equal to first and last months rent is due at signing.
Q:  What is the minimum I can put on my lease?
A:  Any transaction over $3,000 qualifies for a lease.
Q:  What is the difference between a lease and a loan?
A:  Among many differences, a loan usually requires the borrower to pledge other assets
for collateral.  The leased equipment, however, itself usually is all that is needed to
               secure a lease transaction.

Specialized Programs for the Lighting Industry

As a product of our continuing efforts to improve our service and competitiveness in the Lighting industry, Spaulding Capital has appointed a team of specialists to serve the pro-audio & lighting industry across the country.  The team contains both end-user and vendor specialists.  Through this centrally managed effort, Spaulding offers the following specialized programs:

Start-Up Businesses and Freelancer Programs

This program allows customers to qualify for $20,000 in lease financing with no minimum time in business.  For Digidesign related products, the limit is extended to $30,000.  Credit approval is based primarily on personal credit history.   Customers are required to open a business checking account prior to funding and the initial deposit check for the lease must be written from a business account.

Second Chance Program

Customers qualifying for this program may have past bankruptcies, public records, or extensive slow pays.  In order to qualify, personal credit must be current for the past twelve months and bankruptcy must be discharged.  Most importantly, financial stability must be re-established.  This program typically requires approximately twenty percent down from the customer.  The maximum credit limit is $20,000 for a thirty-six (36) month term.

Houses of Worship

Spaulding Capital has demonstrated an almost 100% approval ratio for churches and other houses of worship.  Churches established for a minimum of five years are typically not required to provide any personal guarantees by church leaders.  Houses of worship established less than five years are typically required to provide a guarantee from a church leader or senior member.  The maximum lease term for houses of worship is sixty (60) months with a credit limit up to $150,000.

Deferred Payments

As many musicians and engineers need time to learn new technology, Spaulding Capital Group offers deferred finance programs structured such that the customer can defer payments for 180 days after delivery.  The down payment to start this program is only $198.00!
